No one has the right to hurt you - you have the right to be safe, happy and free of physical and emotional pain.
Abuse of any form – whether verbal, physical or emotional - is never okay. Often abuse can make you feel confused, angry or ashamed. Abuse can also cause depression or suicidal thoughts. That’s where Youth in BC can help.
