Sometimes people think they shouldn’t talk about mental health. Some think that having mental health issues means a person is “crazy”. Niether of these are true. Mental health refers to a range of different mental illnesses. Mental health is about having balance. It can be influenced by a lot of different factors.
Mental health isn’t absolute. Just like a friend who’s say is more fit than you or you’re better than them at art, some people are more mentally healthy than others, whether they are mentally ill or not. Monitoring your mental health is as important as mental wellness.
