What stresses you out?

Stress is based on how each of us perceives and handles difficult situations.  Not only that, but stress isn’t just ON or OFF… I can happen in degrees.

Take a look at the following list.  Would this situation stress you out?  A lot or a little?

  1. You’re about to ask someone out on a date.
  2. You just missed the bus.
  3. You just missed the bus and you’re already late for work.
  4. You have an exam tomorrow morning that you haven’t studied for.
  5. You have an exam tomorrow morning that you have studied for.
  6. You’re about to give a speech in front of your class.
  7. You’re choosing an outfit to wear to school.
