Sometimes people think they shouldn’t talk about mental health. Some think that having mental health issues means a person is “crazy”. Neither of these are true. Mental health refers to a range of different mental illnesses. Mental health is about having balance. It can be influenced by a lot of different factors.
Mental health isn’t absolute. Just like a friend who’s more fit than you or you’re better than them at art, some people are more mentally healthy than others but only in particular ways, whether they’re diagnosed with a mental illness or not. Monitoring your mental health is as important as mental wellness!
